Making home ownership a reality is what Gina Francis strives to do. As a Broker Associate for Keller Williams, Gina aspires to "provide a 'wow' factor for her clients. Her love for beautiful homes is what led her to pursue a career in real estate, and now almost 25 years later, she’s gained great respect in the real estate community.

Gina says her favorite part of her job is being able to meet different people and solve their housing needs. In order to do this, Gina is in charge of making sure there’s a smooth transaction for the buyer or seller from contract to closing. She also loves seeing the different types of homes and home decor which led her to incorporate what she saw and liked into her dream home, which she and her husband designed.

Somewhere between showing and selling properties, Gina and her staff at Keller Williams still find the time to give back to the community. She’s involved in Keller William Realty Cares Foundation, which funds projects such as renovating the Abused Women Shelter with the help of Keller William associates and their affiliates.

Gina's hard work has surely paid off. She’s received awards for being in the top three percent of sales agents in the nation two years in a row. She’s also been recognized for her marketing skills by www.realtor.com, and received the Orlando Board of Realtors award for top performer in sales. With all of the recognition she’s received, it’s easy to see why Keller Williams is number one in sales in Seminole County.
